Authorization and liability terms
Please read before submitting. The final order will state the provider, price, scope, delivery time and refund rules. An engineer-reviewed report is delivered within two business days after ownership verification, authorization, scope, necessary materials and payment are confirmed.
1. Service scope
One explicitly agreed website or public API target. Subdomains, related applications and other assets are not automatically included. Unauthenticated public exposure, basic security configuration and verifiable common security risks. The specific checks are confirmed before ordering. No testing of logged-in features, multiple account roles, business workflows or complex business logic.
2. Customer authorization
The customer represents the business or has written authority from the asset owner and may submit the target URL, proof and necessary test information. Changes or withdrawal of authorization must be reported immediately.
3. Boundaries and prohibited activity
Testing is limited to verified assets confirmed in the order. Without written confirmation we do not perform destructive, stress or DDoS testing, social engineering, phishing, malware, data theft, payment-core or internal-network testing.
4. Data and personal information
Do not submit real production data, passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Mingxi Security Check processes data on a minimum-necessary basis; retention and cross-border details are defined in the privacy policy.
5. Risk notice and customer cooperation
Testing may trigger alerts, affect performance or expose test accounts. The customer is responsible for backups, the test window, emergency contacts and notifying relevant third parties.
6. Report use and confidentiality
Reports, evidence and guidance are for the customer’s internal remediation. Do not publish unresolved vulnerabilities, resell reports or use them for unlawful activity without written consent.
7. Fees, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, postponement and refund conditions are explained before order confirmation and payment, and recorded in the mutually agreed order terms. Remediation retesting is not included in the base price. Scope, timing, number of rounds and fees are agreed separately.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mingxi Security Check is responsible only for direct actual loss attributable to it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including willful or grossly negligent harm or personal injury.
9. Term and disputes
The terms take effect when submitted and accepted. Governing law, dispute forum and provider identity must be stated in the final order or service agreement; mandatory law prevails.
10. Provider and version
The provider’s legal name, address, contact, agreement version and effective date are stated on the final order page. Until those details are completed, this page is not the final signing text.

Multiple targets, additional assets or retesting require separate scope and fee confirmation before work begins.
